Learn to see the devil within you who makes you in-human, anti-social, selfish, angry, over excited, weak & lost. This may take some time but an experience worth striving for or working for. At that moment you have lost control of your attention, thought, action & you do what you did not believe in. You become irrationally involved in to that moment or activity as if possessed by the devil. If you can see it you can kill it. Kill that devil rather than give him feedom to kill your peace.
